Shipping Options

General Shipping Information

• CPO ships most orders received before 5PM EDT (M-F) the very same day.* Orders received on Friday (after 5PM EDT), Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
• Some heavy items may ship via freight carrier. Freight carrier delivery times vary.
• Our same day shipping policy does not apply to weekends or national holidays.

*Certain items require 2-3 business days to ship. This is clearly indicated on the product pages and in the shopping cart for applicable items.

Standard Delivery

Orders shipping via "Standard – Business Address" will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders shipping via "Standard – Residential Address" will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

For example:
A package shipped via "Standard – Business Address" on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

A package shipped via "Standard – Residential Address" on Thursday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Saturday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

Shipping Rates - Alaska and Hawaii

Expedited Shipping

CPO offers Overnight (1 business day), 2 Day (2 business days), and 3 Day (3 business days) shipping service for our customers on most products. Options and pricing are presented during the checkout process. You can also call us at 800-714-0918 for more information.

We do not currently offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders.

We do not offer 3 Day shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and International Addresses

We do not ship to APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time.

For security purposes, CPO DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Packaging

While most items are boxed by CPO prior to shipment, some large and/or heavy items are shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging. This is noted on the product detail pages of items where this applies.
